Mobile Notary Service

A notary is a state-appointed official who serves as an impartial witness to verify identities, oversee document signings and help prevent fraud. Notaries act as neutral parties to ensure that signers are who they claim to be, understand the documents they are signing and are signing voluntarily. Standard Fees

The maximum fee per notarial act in the State of Georgia is $2. Veterans, educators and first responders receive a discounted fee of $1 per notarial act.  Travel and service fees, are added to the notarial fee and are as follows:

Additional Administrative and Convinence Fees

These fees are in addition to the standard service charge.

After-Hours / Late Night (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM): +$35 convenience fee

Weekend & Holidays: +$10.00 to +$20.00 surcharge

Providing a Witness: +$30.00 per witness provided by the notary

Printing & Document Prep: +$20.00 for up to 50 pages

Shipping Drop-off (FedEx/UPS): +$25.00 courier delivery fee

Excessive Waiting Time (Delay Fee): +$15.00 for every 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time

Useful Information

All signers must have valid identification.

All patients must be alert.

For facility signings: Please ensure onsite notarization is permitted and visitation is allowed.

Payments can be made via debit or credit card, Cash App or Zelle. An invoice will be provided after booking. A non-fundable deposit is required to secure all appointments made by private individuals.
